Where we deliver
The launch plan is delivery within the United Arab Emirates. Available cities and restricted areas will be shown at checkout after courier coverage is confirmed.

Timing and fees
Estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed before payment. A proposed standard target is 1–3 business days in main UAE cities, subject to stock, address, courier capacity and public holidays.

Order tracking
Customers will receive an order confirmation and, when available, a delivery update or tracking reference using the contact details supplied at checkout.

Delivery problems
- Customers should check their address and telephone number before ordering
- Address changes are not guaranteed after dispatch
- Additional charges may apply after repeated failed delivery attempts
- Visible damage or missing items should be reported promptly
